As I read the reviews, they all sound like my previous company that left. I've been with Suburban now for a year and they have always been very pleasant and have worked with me. Because I only have a hot water heater and hot tub, I don't use much either so I keep an eye on the amt. in the tank and call when I need it filled. This saves the extra $10 delivery amt. If I end up having trouble down the road I would take the suggestion given to me, to bite the bullet and buy my own tank, that way you can get gas from where ever I can get the best price, when ever it needs filling instead of paying the annual rental fee to use their tank and get their gas. At this time I see no need because they have been great and have gotten a good price. My other company went well over $6 a gal. and only worked with me once to come down to $6. I guess they didn't want me for a customer and so I left and now have Suburban. I gave 4 stars because of the rocky start. Took a long time to get switched over do to equipment break downs. But they were alway professional and apologetic and in time, worked out o.k.
