We recently ran out of propane. My service call at Suburban was met with a quick and kind response. They helped locate the dial on the tank to verify our request and had it filled early the next morning. Our service rep., Mike, left a phone message after delivering the propane when unable to reach us. He offered to return if we needed his help in restarting the fireplace. We appreciated their profession yet personal response.

Very knowledgeable and helpful and is always there when you need them.

I love that I can schedule a fill month and they follow up on it.
