The Suburban Propane Lewisburg, Ohio group provided me set up and propane when scheduled. We had moved and our propane supplier for the past 12 years kept putting us off setting a tank and provide a fuel fill up. I called Suburban Propane and they were friendly and made a set up schedule. Even though it was raining the technician set up the tank, regulator, and line and made sure our system was working. The next day they topped off my fuel level to full. Thank You Suburban Propane Lewisburg.

I'm a new customer to Suburban, and I believe it was a gentleman by the name of Brendan who installed my tanks, he was very nice and considerate during the visit. We were told they'd be out soon to fill the tanks to capacity, I was surprised when they were out first thing the following morning to do so. I dealt with Ann and Beth in the office prior to and after my installation, both of whom were very pleasant to deal with.

I had some questions and the gentleman filling our tank was very nice. He answerd as beat to his knowledge and also gave me some pointers. Thank you for your timely service.
