I ordered a propane tank for my new home and I had an exceptional experience! Communication was superb and delivery/installation was quick. Delivery drivers explained a few safety measures and made sure everything was operating to spec. I appreciate how they appreciate their customers.

We have been living in our home since 2017 but never had propane hooked up for our fireplace. With 2020 being, well 2020.... we are looking forward to enjoying evenings in front of the fireplace. The day that Daniel came to set the tank, it was raining buckets yet he patiently set the tank, even having to crawl under the house and replace the lines. Customer service from my first call to Daniel's installation was top notch! Definitely suggest that you choose Suburban Propane and we will be lifelong customers!

The delivery man, Mike, is awesome! You can't ask for better. The problem I encountered was getting someone on the phone in the office to arrange for a delivery. I even went on line and that didn't work cause after calling New Jersey and Nashville, there was no record of my request. When I'd call the Clarksville office, the phone would ring ONCE and hang up. Come on, fix your stuff! Happy New Year!
