Watched them assist my sister and they were great! Kind, helpful and explained what needed to be done. Nice to see a company with great customer service!

Experienced a propane leak over Thanksgiving weekend. I shut a valve to stop the leak in outside piping, but too late... tank went empty. I called Suburban at 8:05 Monday morning. The customer service rep Tammy was very helpful, made sure that she had all the details correct, and scheduled a repair. Dave the repair tech was at my house before 10:00 AM. He knew exactly where the leak was located and repaired the pipe in less than hour. Dave was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. The process was painless, except now I have to pay to refill the 250 gal propane tank.

I was not here when you came and yet you delivered. Thank you so much. My dogs must of barked barked barked barked - but you got the job done. j
