It was nice to be kept posted on arrival time in case something was planed. The technician was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent experience. I have been living with an electric stove at my 2nd home for 30 years and it always irked me. Finally decided to make the move and bought a used stove in very good shape that required conversion to propane through a kit. I also had to have a propane line run from my tank that feeds the pool heater to my kitchen, about 45 feet. The crew that Suburban sent- Andrew, John, and TJ were amazing. They were on time, worked hard, and had a great sense of humor. Despite it being a difficult job they assured me at the onset that they were going to get it right if it took them all day. It didn't take that long, but they got it right and came in right at the estimate, not a penny over. Very satisfied!

I had a minor problem with a missed delivery. Carol took care of the issue as she would want to be treated. Within minutes she understood the issues and took care of the problem ASAP Things will go wrong. It's how you take care of problems that make for great employees..........kudos to Carol
