I had a great experience with Suburban Propane. My 250 gallon tank was leaning a lot to one side as the ground underneath it had eroded. Suburban sent out a pair of technicians...Sean and Vince with a heavy duty work truck equipped with a crane to lift the tank up. After lifting it up with the crane, Sean and Vince spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the support under the tank was solid and level before they put it back down again. They also checked all the components of the tank and found and repaired a serious crimp in the copper line...probably caused by the tank leaning over on the line. Sean and Vince were very hard working and professional and obviously took pride in their work. I am very appreciative of the job they did and will stick with Suburban for all my propane needs.

This company bought out Santa Fe Propane. I was a customer in that transition. So far the company has been wonderful. They are responsive when I need anything. Customer service is prompt and polite. Their prices are competitive. They have the best value new customer deal.

Suburban offered me a really good price. They came to check my tank and deliver the propane within a week. The delivery was right on time and very professional. My only disappointment is that they'd only fill my tank to 80% despite it being rated for 89%. Suburban is definitely on my preferred provider list.
