I was contacted via email by Daniel Caron asking me what my propane tanks percentages were because I live on a dirt road and this time of year the roads are muddy and difficult for a large truck. I informed him that I was at 15% on both tanks. He said that I would be fine and that a truck would be here on Monday, since it was going to be colder over the weekend and the roads would be harder. Bob, the man who came out to check our lines was very informative, and very kind when it was determined that we had no propane, he made it a priority to get us propane in our tanks that day. As the day went by and nobody showed up Bob checked back in and on his time off and on his way home for the day And added propane to our tanks because it was going to be cold that night and he didn’t want us to be without heat.
