Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY:The Suburban Propane NASCAR Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Suburban Propane, L.P. (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
2. SPONSOR:Suburban Propane, L.P., 240 Route 10 West, Whippany, NJ 07981.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:The Sweepstakes begins on February 13, 2026, at the opening of the Suburban Propane dispenser tent and ends on February 23, 2026, at the closing of the Suburban Propane dispenser tent (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER:During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Suburban Propane dispenser tent at the NASCAR event in Daytona, Florida, and complete an official entry form with your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be submitted in person at the Suburban Propane dispenser tent. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. PRIZE:One (1) winner will receive one (1) propane-powered product (either a propane grill, generator, or pizza oven, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $1,000.00. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize consists only of the item specifically listed above.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:On or about February 25, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by telephone, email, or mail using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant’s contact information.
7. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or related to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. PRIVACY:Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.suburbanpropane.com. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and for marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
10. WINNER LIST:For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Suburban Propane NASCAR Giveaway Winner List, 240 Route 10 West, Whippany, NJ 07981. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
