I can't say enough about how responsive Suburban has been to our household needs. My husband is recovering from a stroke and I have had to step in and learn about things he took care of and Suburban has helped me out every step of the way.

Your truck pulled up out front so opened the gate to where our tank is located. I asked the driver if he was delivering to me or our neighbor. He said it was for the neighbor. He also said that he would check our tank while he was there. He said I was well set, just down a little. He said he could fill it while he was here. I said sure. Why make an extra trip. So thank you. The one thing I didn't think of was the gate. He didn't close it because he didn't open it. The neighbors dog got out because we share the yard. It was not that big of a deal but could have been. So when the driver comes to either house just shut the gate. Thanks!
