The service was awesome!! The guy that installed our tank knew what he was doing and worked so hard without a complaint...Suburban propane is lucky to have him as an employee! Thanks for great service!

Everyone I talked with to schedule and set up a plan was super helpful. The propane delivery was prompt. Couldn't ask for better service.

After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane.
