I didn't know if I should get gas at this time because of the flooding. I was assured that it would be ok. He was very helpful

The only issue I had was timeliness of the first service. They were all exceptionally friendly and my service guy Darrell made sure he got my issue resolved pretty quickly. I am pleased with the service I’ve received.

I knew zero about gas of any kind and had many questions. The office lady was friendly, taking her time in answering every single question. This was the case with the initial call to set up service and every call I’ve made since. There’s no automated answering - but a real person! The delivery man today, the first re-fill of our tank, answered more questions even though I’m sure he was on a tight schedule. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I have had with this company. Customer Service at its finest!
