Suburban Propane has helped me more than I could express. I forgot to refill my tank in my rental - they worked with me to get it filled with no down time of hot water and other needs. They were polite and went out of their way to assist me when they didn't have to. I would like to point out specifically Melinda as the one who helped me.

I absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about how awesome I have been treated by Joi, who works in the office and Andrew who is a technician at Suburban Propane in Myrtle Beach. Joi's primary focus is to delight her customer through excellent service. Her expertise in business knowledge supports her ability to satisfy her customers with her knowledge, speed, compassion and sense of humor. Andrew is extremely detailed and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the propane tank as well as the gas fireplace, both of which I was not familiar. He answered all of my questions fully and clearly. He has the ability to delight his customer through his focus on providing superb service with timeliness and humor. Both Joi and Andrew should be the yardstick by which all customer service representatives across industries are measured against! Most service personnel strive to deliver the supreme, flawless level of service Joi and Andrew provide naturally on a daily basis.
