Notification of arrival was given in a timely and automated manner. Very professional service and installer knew exactly what was required. Completed and tested the system install for leaks and that all was working correctly.

This review is just of their customer service on my initial call (that's as far as we've gotten so far). I spoke with John, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Some people give you the basic information you're asking for, but John went above and beyond to help me understand how things would work with a propane tank and installation. Amerigas wouldn't even give me a quote without sending someone out for a site survey, which would cost me $209. John talked me through every little detail, freely sharing pricing. He was very genuine, and I would feel very good about giving this company my business.

I called Suburban for a refill on my gas tank and to change the name on my family's account since it had been in my husband's name and he passed away. I received very prompt service on both requests. Very well done.
