I live in Snoqualmie Pass, WA and recently had a serious leak develop. I called Suburban Propane's emergency line on Sunday morning and by that same afternoon a technician drove all the way from Darrington to help. He wasn't able to resolve the issue because the leak turned out to be under 15ft of snow. I had a crew work through the night to remove snow and first thing next morning the office staff had arranged for a repair tech to be onsite. Since propane is my only source of heat, every day without has serious consequences in these parts. Lots of customers complain about the high prices, but I can guarantee you won't get the same level of service with the cheaper competitors. Folks need to keep that in mind when shopping propane suppliers, because when it's truly an emergency - service is everything.

First fill up since installation of big tank. Was able to be filled even though I wasn’t there and came a day earlier than expected.

The customer service is great. I have dealt mostly with Amanda but worked with several of their customer representatives and they are all great. Would highly recommend Suburban Propane!
