We bought a house that already had a buried Suburban tank on the property. This has been our first dealings with propane companies as my other places have all had natural gas. As a newer customer of Suburban I've always been concerned about dealing with this company on issues that arise. Especially if you read some of the other posted reviews. I recently had an issue and upon calling my local office they were more than accommodating. Not only did they met the current need, they went back and made it right. For that, I am a very satisfied Suburban customer.

Anthony was absolutely amazing. He came to our home a couple days prior to my appointment to see if I had all I needed and what he needed. That impressed me from the start. He arrived timely, finished quicker that we anticipated which saved us money and was professional and friendly. He took care of our home and he worked in a detailed and thorough manner. It was an excellent experience.

Had nothing but excellent experiences with staff. They were always helpful and even called back the next day to make sure everything was resolved when transferred to a different employee. They were always kind, patient, & willing to explain things.
