My tank was running low so I called to get refilled and they said it would be several days before they could deliver to my house. I told them I was concerned about my generator with a tropical storm approaching. I came home the next day to find that they had filled up my tank. Great service!

I have been a customer for almost 30 years. Our experience has been very positive. They have worked with us every year to find the best fit for a payment plan, etc. Any time we have had any issues they come to our house within a short time even if they just needed to reassure us that everything is functioning properly and we are safe. The Customer Service is great and the management seems to listen and help when needed. Over the last week plus I have worked with Dee in Marlborough to set up a pre-buy plan. She was awesome! Super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She has five stars from me. If you are looking to change your provider or have moved to a new home, call them, they are great to work with.
