Wanted to share this experience which I think needs recognition of good service. Suburban Propane on Franklin Rd, Boise ID. Been there many times to fill up propane tanks, but never to fill up nor fix the propane tank on my RV. Austin was his name,…a fine young, respectable, and polite professional who knows what he’s doing. Replaced the fill valve and did a great job, had my RV back in less than 24hrs for our upcoming trip. When I was the boss of hundreds of Soldiers,…I wish I could of had a hundred Soldiers like him. I called suburban propane to get a tank delivered to my home. I was expecting to have to wait awhile for them to come. They scheduled me for the very next week. They showed up early in the day, just like promised. The guy that came was so nice and explained everything to me, which was very good for me to know. I had made previous arrangements with Amerigas the month before. Amerigas never showed, never called, never nothing. And they were more than double the price. Go with Suburban propane!!

Needed pig tails for my camper, they were fast helpful and had what I needed. Both times I was in they were quick to answer my questions and get me on my way. I will be going back for future needs. Thanks suburban!
