I want to first say how much I appreciate the people that work here! I own a food truck with 2 (100#) tanks secured to the back of it. Most places can’t or won’t help fill them. Wise propane straight up refused even though they can and it’s directly next door to me. These guys have stayed or waited to leave for their jobs in the morning to fill my tanks. John has gone above and beyond to help me out. Always so nice!! Thank you very much. John, Tonya and there is one other gentleman who I don’t know his name yet but you’re awesome as well! Suburban, Mt. Vernon, Ohio is remarkable. We worked with Alicia Sagle from our first phone call, to completion of the installation of our propane service. She is one in a million. Simply the most impeccable customer service I have ever experienced. What an asset she is to the company. We were shopping around when I called and spoke to Alicia the first time and knew from that moment, Suburban would be our supplier. The techs and installers were well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. My son now has Suburban and my daughter is switching to Suburban.
