We had a few propane issues recently and the Suburban Propane team in Charlotte has been incredible to work with. The office administrator is super nice and the technician team bent over backwards to get us set up right. I've been very impressed!

Just got started and every thing is fine. Service man set the tank and relite the pilot light for me. Every phone call always resulted in talking to a real person. So far I am very pleased. would rate service a 5 star at this point of time.
