There was a delivery problem that caused our furnace to malfunction. We were very upset and not certain if we would continue to use them as our supplier going forward - BUT Suburban Propane in Brighton, MI took care of this in a professional, prompt, and caring manner. We are very satisfied with the end result. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the original delivery issue.
