I ordered 100 gallons. They didn't deliver the Thursday they were supposed to so they delived the next Thursday. They filled the tank with 275 gallons. It was 2 coices, go out and remove 175 gallons or give a good discount. They gave the discount. I have to watch my money because my home had a contract then defaulted. Now I have 2 mortgages and I am now retired. Suburban Propane did good.

This company is running quite efficiently from the operations perspective. The employees are quite responsive and ready to cooperate with the customer. However, I observed the propane rates are slightly higher than the competitor at times.

I see some negative google reviews on Suburban. Maybe it is different for those having propane delivered to their home, but I paid half the price of anywhere else I checked to fill my 20 lb. tank for my grill (about $10 compared to $20 elsewhere). Next time I need a fill, I'll be returning here.
