Great customer service. I had a stuck valve on my motorhome propane tank. I called and talked to Jose and he told me to bring it down and he’d take a look and schedule an appointment if repairs were needed. I took it down and he had the valve functioning again in just a few minutes. No charge. He made sure I didn’t have any more questions. I’m very impressed and they have all my future business for propane.

Wanted to share this experience which I think needs recognition of good service. Suburban Propane on Franklin Rd, Boise ID. Been there many times to fill up propane tanks, but never to fill up nor fix the propane tank on my RV. Austin was his name,…a fine young, respectable, and polite professional who knows what he’s doing. Replaced the fill valve and did a great job, had my RV back in less than 24hrs for our upcoming trip. When I was the boss of hundreds of Soldiers,…I wish I could of had a hundred Soldiers like him.
