"Office staff cordial, knowledgeable and answered all questions for setting up a new service. ✅ Scheduled a tech to pressure test and look over equipment. ✅ Main office notified and prepayment arranged. Not happy about that. ☹️ Guestimate was off. Would prefer to pay after delivery. Delivery was scheduled for the same day and arrived as scheduled. ✅ Seems competitive pricing."

"Tech called half hour before showing up, made the hookups and tested for leaks then he checked all attached appliances to confirm they worked. Gas logs wouldn't come on so he changed the batteries in our remote and in the controller and confirmed the logs would come on at the set temperature. Very happy with the installation!"

His name is Robert and he was so knowledgeable, polite and patient. The other technician put in a new regulator in because the one we had was very old and dangerous. We are so happy with everyone that we had contact with and look forward to many years of service."
