"I called because our tank was getting low and when I called they informed me that I had not ever used that much propane in that amount of time and asked us if we smelled anything in the house. When I told them no they asked us to check around the tank outside for the smell of propane. My husband discovered that there was a smell and she told us to turn the tank off and they would send some right out which they did and they found the problem and were able to fix it immediately. We have dealt with Suburban Propane for 15 years and they have always taken care of any problem we have had. They have always been very friendly and wonderful to work with."

"I want to say as a 10 year customer with Suburban I totally disagree with the bad reviews other have given. everyone I have dealt with has been nothing if no professional and helpful. Wendy on the phone gets the information needed and is always cheerful and polite, mike in service bends over backwards to get the right folks out when I need them and the installers and service teams work till the job is done right. All I can say is if this is not the best run office for Suburban Propane I can not say what else they could do to improve.Larry Spalding"
