"What a great company!.. I was with Amerigas for years. They refused to price match any other gas companies and they locked the tank. I was renting the home and the renters vacated. I was without gas.I contacted Sandy and explained my situation. The very next day Suburban propane arrived, removed the old locked tank and set me up!Ron set everything up and did an excellent job.Thanks you Sandy and Ron!"

"Had such a great experience with them. I ran out yesterday and was told we would have to wait until next Thursday for propane, unless they could squeeze us in. Well Steve showed up today and I am so thankful. Tiffany you were so kind and helpful truly great customer service!! "Tiffany at the Suburban Propane in Redding area was awesome when setting up our new account. She was so pleasant and her follow through was just amazing. Also when I have had to call their office anyone who has answered the phone is just wonderful. Wish I could place 10 stars for I am also in the Customer Service field as a Director of Customer Service for a major company and I truly would recommend this office staff. Great job!"

"Kelly Freyman in the Red Bluff, CA office is the BEST customer service person I have found in quite a while! I am a new customer to Suburban Propane and have a tiny 600 sq ft house after losing my home in the Paradise CA Campfire. I had set up my account for once a month automatic deliveries. But when I got my first bill, there were 3 deliveries, and they were two weeks apart and each time I was charged approx. $17 in fees and charges for the delivery. Needless to say, I was really upset, as the fees & charges amounted to almost half of my bill! I live on SS alone and could not afford to stay with Suburban if this was how my monthly bill would be. I was going to look for a new propane company, but decided to make a call in case something could be done. Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful and looked at my bill and could see it wasn't right. She said she would make a call to the main office (I think it was) and see what they could do and if she could get some of the charges reversed. The main office guys were trying to figure out just how often I needed service, but I was new and didn't have much of a history for them to go on. But during this time Kelly called me several times to let me know they were still working on it and the progress and she also got some of the charges reversed since the delivery truck was coming more than they were scheduled to come. So everyone at Suburban has been helpful and now we have it straightened out! But it is hard to find great customer service these days, and Kelly Freyman is one of the great ones!"
