We had a really really bad experience with another propane delivery company that doesn't deserver the word "America" in their name. Despite using automatic refill with an electric monitor on the tank, they chilled our house down twice this winter by failing to deliver, once for 4 days. We called Suburban Propane on the 4th morning. They removed our old tank, situated and hooked up their tank, and filled it with 400 gallons of fuel by 4 pm that afternoon. Temps were in the teens those days, and that evening we were able to take off our down jackets and enjoy a warm house again. Their phone based attention was excellent as was the service provided by the installer and propane delivery person. We have a very good feeling about this company.
