I am renting a home that has a propane tank serviced by this company. It was virtually impossible to find what company served my home but once I did, I thought I had smooth sailing with Suburban. I switched to a plan that charged my card monthly, and I was under the impression that I would never run out of propane that fuels my hot water heater and my stove; I understood they would continue to top off my tank. I was wrong. I ran out Sunday while trying to cook supper. I called and finally got a person who put in a refill for the soonest available. Now I did get propane on Monday morning which was excellent, but honestly, I do not want to be in this situation again. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if it were several days. I'm grateful for their prompt response but I realize that there are many more questions I should've asked.
