Phone staff was very helpful setting up my on-site inspection and then my delivery. Our technician Rob (from the Nashville, IN location), was GREAT! He came out and explained step by step on how the process worked when it came time for the delivery the weather and location we're causing issues. Instead of saying this can't be done right now he made it a point to get us up and running with a temporary setup so that not only did we have propane for the house but we could also meet our deadlines with other contractors that were doing some installs. Without Rob's help and recommendations we would have been dead in the water for weeks. I hope we get Rob anytime we have an issue cuz I'll know he won't stop until it's done right or until we're satisfied!
