I recently had a propane system installed by Suburbane Propane. I had never had a gas system before and was a little apprehensive about it. The Tech Velt Williams installed the tank exactly where I wanted it. Mounted a new tankless water heater. Connected a backup generator and hooked up and adjusted an old fireplace insert I was given by a neighbor. He used leak check at all the joints. I was not too sure about the location where he mounted the water heated but, upon connecting the water lines from the old electric water heater. It turned out the plumbing all lined up perfectly. Once all the other contractors completed their work, he then returned with William Jones to check the regulator pressure at the generator and do a QA on everything. I am very confident with the system! Happy customer!

We are new to living in Munds Park in the winter. We have had several power outages in the last 30 days and our generator has run 55 hours. I had no idea how much propane we had left in the tank and my wife was there alone. The day that I contacted Kory from Suburban Propane in Chino Valley the roads were closed. Kory contacted the Highway Patrol and was given special permission to travel. With the lackluster service we are all experiencing in todays market it is incredible to know someone cares. The tank is full and we can not thank you enough Kory!! A new storm is coming in tonight.
