Billy came out and looked to see if we had any options to increase our propane supply with an additional tank or underground tank. After his assessment we decided to stay with the size we have. However, we did switch from Palmetto to Suburban. The reason for that is when I asked Palmetto they said I didn't need a larger tank without coming out to see if it was possible. That was disappointing so, we are now Suburban customer's.

I had the best experience with getting my old tanks recycled, and getting them replaced with new ones from suburban propane. Mary Beth in the chapin office made it a breeze to set up my appointment with Jeff to fix my gas range oven, and then followed it up with Jimmy replacing my equipment, while taking the old out to recycle. Jeff was AMAZING. Super nice guy who knows his stuff! I am so happy that I have a gas technician in the area! Jimmy was hilarious and such a joy to be around. He was done within a matter of minutes and is just an all around great guy! Mary Beth, Jeff, and Jimmy, Thank you for putting my mind at ease during this whole process that I knew nothing about.
