After 35 years with Suburban Propane (hot water tank) we're finally breaking up. Yes-it's over. It's been a perfect & mutually beneficial relationship for more than half my life. My hot water tank blew out a few days ago and since we got natural gas (furnace)10 years ago.....the time has come to switch over from LP to gas. Boo hoo! The ladies have been awesome to work with as was George, my delivery guy for 25 of the 35 years. One of the all-time great guys. Today I delivered the divorce papers to SANDY (she's fairly new) who was soo friendly & nice that I almost reconsidered the breakup:). Suburban has never once let me down, even if my tank ran out (my fault), they were here within hours to refill. Having only LP hot water, they treated me like I lived in a 10,000 sq' mansion with 10 LP appliances. If there's another Company with service with a smile, all on a first-name basis...good luck with that-it doesn't exist. Best wishes to Suburban who gets my highest possible rating on every level. Adios, dosvidania, sayonara, ciao & farewell. I'll miss my Suburban family!!
