Alaska Smoked Salmon and Alaska Reindeer Sausage Cheese Puff

Alaska Smoked Salmon and Alaska Reindeer Sausage Cheese Puff
Equipment
- 1 Propane Oven
Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 8 oz Cabot cottage cheese
- 6 tbsp Cabot salted butter cubed
- 1/2 cup Alaska reindeer sausage
- 1/2 cup Alaska smoked salmon
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 3 oz Cabot cream cheese cubed
- 1/2 lb Cabot Colby cheese
- 1/2 lb Cabot seriously sharp cheddar
Instructions
- Beat eggs
- Slowly add flour and baking powder until no lumps.
- Add heavy whipping cream. Beat until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 2-quart baking dish or 9x9 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
