I never had any trouble with these people except the delivery driver is screamish if he has to walk through long grass to get to your tank. I also think propane is the most expensive form of fuel you can use to cook or heat your house, but fuel is what it costs.

Well, after almost 40 years, we couldn't find anything less than an excellent service. Our local customer service representatives are always friendly, responsive and helpful. The technicians that do the delivery and exchange are courteous and proficient. We had several offers to switch to another providers but we couldn't find neither the value proposition nor the reputation for the reliability of service that we are getting. We are hopeful for another 20 years of great experience.
