On Friday late night 7/23/2021 we started smelling a very strange smell, at our cabin in Munds Park, we searched high and low, finally thinking it was coming from around our propane tank. Saturday we called Subarbans office she was very nice and said they would get someone out soon. Allen came out in a very reasonably amount of time. He spent alot of time explaining what he was doing and what should be happening if we had a leak. He was very professional, informative, respectful, thorough and understanding. It is comforting to know if we have a problem we can count on the team at Surbarban.

I had never been on or used propane before. I noticed that the previous owners of the newly purchased home were using Suburban Propane. Therefore, I called them. The people at the office were so polite, answered all my questions, and helped me get set up. Thanks for all your help.
