They were very helpful on the telephone. I've never been to any of their locations that have personnel. Their tanks on Vashon island caught fire a couple of years ago and took out their bldg. The young lady was able to refer me to another business that might re certify my propane tanks.

Prompt Delivery , Friendly phone conversations and they finally delivered without me having to pre-paying for the fill up when I am renting the tank from them. Must be new management.

Great service and excellent customer service. 4 stars because there was an initial issue when they set up my account which lead to a need for emergency service. They sent a tech out right away at the end of the business day and had everything up and running with no delay. Would definitely recommend for your propane needs.
