Wow! In the cloud of 1 star reviews I want to buck the trend. I too have experienced some bad encounters but I met(via phone) Sandra. at the New Bern location, She is intelligent, understanding, non-confrontational, and ready to assist customers vice ready to harass customers. There has been a management change in this location, obviously for the the better. Sandra takes the time to look for what specials might be available for you, gives advice on when is the best time of year to buy gas and other pertinent information. I could not possible ask for better. I was going to leave Suburban altogether but Sandra got me to stay, and as long as she stays, or the company adopts here customer service etiquette , I will stay. Thank you Suburban for a job well done and more than anything, thank you Sandra for caring, knowing and willing to act.You really have made a difference, the company should look at this and adopt your way of doing business. Responsive and communicated reasonably well. The team that installed the fuel lines and filled the tanks were very professional and informative.

The service tech is always cordial and prompt.
