Billy, the master technician, was thorough in his inspection and finally, the propane delivery. All on time! Overall - a seamless operation from start to finish. Customer focus and satisfaction is rare in today's environment. So, props to Suburban Propane and it's management team, the front office and the folks whom get their hand dirty delivering product and services

Great people to deal with on the phone, and service was done pronto!

We are new to living in Munds Park in the winter. We have had several power outages in the last 30 days and our generator has run 55 hours. I had no idea how much propane we had left in the tank and my wife was there alone. The day that I contacted Kory from Suburban Propane in Chino Valley the roads were closed. Kory contacted the Highway Patrol and was given special permission to travel. With the lackluster service we are all experiencing in todays market it is incredible to know someone cares. The tank is full and we can not thank you enough Kory!! A new storm is coming in tonight.
