SO FAR OK, THEY SENT OUT AN AGENT TO CHECK OUT MY SYSTEM BEFORE FILING MY TANK. AFTER APPROVAL, I HAD TO PREPAY FOR 200 GALLONS BEFORE DELIVERY. ONE DAY PIOR TO DELIVERY I HAD TO SIGN A SERVICE AGREEMENT. I WAS TOLD TO MAKE SURE I GET THE SERVICE AGREEMENT BACK TO THEM THE SAME DAY SO IT WOUD NOT INTERFERE WITH MY DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY. I DO FEEL ALL THIS SHOUD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN THE AGENT CAME OUT AND I HAD TO PREPAY FOR 200 GALLONS OF PROPANE. IF THIS IS THE ONLY SNAG, AND I GET MY PROPANE ON THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED.
