Can I just say absolutely hands down the best customer service! Last night my tank ran out of propane. Yes literally less then 30 hours before Thanksgiving! I called and was asked if I was a customer..I responded No as we have never had to fill our tank in the last 7 years of owning our home. I was told sorry our tank would have to be serviced then could be filled and would be at least a week out. So I freak out call my husband, then my work phone rings and the sweetest lady called back and said I cant let this happen to your family on Thanksgiving let me see if my service guys and make this happen. Well let me tell you its 2:20 pm on Wednesday, my tank has been inspected and filled! Thank you for you're incredible customer service!

I know that we're not a major customer, as we're rural and only need a tank refill for our house once a year. But I've got to say, you have all made us feel important, each year we call for pricing and to schedule a delivery. Super friendly staff. We appreciate your summer pricing specials, as it helps make it that much more affordable.
