The guys showed up to survey where to put the propane tank that I had ordered for the greenhouse where I had several thousand plants to protect against the frost and within two days they bought the tank and set it up and started the heater for me just in time for the cold weather we are now experiencing. Can I just say absolutely hands down the best customer service! Last night my tank ran out of propane. Yes literally less then 30 hours before Thanksgiving! I called and was asked if I was a customer..I responded No as we have never had to fill our tank in the last 7 years of owning our home. I was told sorry our tank would have to be serviced then could be filled and would be at least a week out. So I freak out call my husband, then my work phone rings and the sweetest lady called back and said I cant let this happen to your family on Thanksgiving let me see if my service guys and make this happen. Well let me tell you its 2:20 pm on Wednesday, my tank has been inspected and filled! Thank you for you're incredible customer service!
