Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
dd the olive oil to the water, then pour them both into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until a loose ball of dough forms and no more dry flour remains on the bottom of the bowl.
If your dough is too dry, slowly add a little more water. If your dough is too wet, slowly add a little more water. Do this until you get the desired consistency.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Shape dough into a ball; cover with an inverted bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
Roll dough into a 12-inch circle baking sheet. dusted with cornmeal.
Bake crust in preheated oven for 8 minutes; top with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings and bake until crust is golden brown, about 10 minutes more. Slice and serve immediately.
