Carrot Cake Cookies

Equipment
- Propane Oven
Ingredients
- 1 box Carrot Cake Mix Any brand
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 eggs large
- 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Pour all of your ingredients into your mixing bowl and stir.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape cookies into a one inch ball.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
