Preheat a propane oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, and garlic.
Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper, to taste, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the glaze over the salmon steaks, reserving some for later.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
When done, remove from the oven and brush the salmon steaks with the remaining glaze.
Garnish with an sliced orange and serve hot.
