Place the pork shoulder, McCormick seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar and cider vinegar in the cooking bag and tie.
Place bag with ingredients in a cooking pan.
Cook for 1 hour at 375 and then turn down to 250 for 3-4 hours.
Take pork out and place in a large bowl, begin shredding. Use juice from cooking to make moist.
Mix in BBQ sauce to liking.
Make cole slaw mix according to package or purchase pre-made.
Cut Hawaiian role in half and top with pulled pork and cole slaw.
