Good morning, I just wanted to send you an email to let you know how please I was with the service I received. During an electrical project at my residence an electrical contractor hit my buried propane line and caused my heat to go out. I called the Suburban Propane number and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and dispatched someone immediately. My story only gets better as the technician arrived on site he called me from my home phone as I had requested, as I was at my office and not at home, he was very pleasant and attentive to my needs.
