Agway Energy Services currently serves natural gas customers on the Rochester Gas and Electric system in New York State. And, as a new added benefit, your total comfort program includes worry-free repair coverage on your natural gas furnace or boiler with our Home Heating Repair Program. No other supplier provides you with this value-added coverage with their natural gas. If you have any service problems, Agway Energy Services will come out and repair your natural gas furnace or boiler at no charge for covered parts and covered labor. The Agway Energy Services SmartRate Option: Provides you with a monthly competitive market based price that is established each month. To give you optimal choice and control over your gas costs, you will also have the one-time option of converting to a fixed rate price at any time during the term of your agreement, and will remain in effect for 12 months. Your fixed rate will be determined at the time of your request and will be based on current market conditions. The current SmartRate price for a new customer is $1.2995 per therm for the first month and will change to a monthly competitive market based price thereafter. For your convenience, you will continue to receive one bill from RG&E which will include Agway Energy Service's charge for your natural gas on it, and budget billing is available. Questions?
