The 2009 Tri-Annual Meeting of the Common Unitholders of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. will be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at our Headquarters in Whippany, NJ.  At the Tri-Annual Meeting, Unitholders will be asked to elect our Board of Supervisors for three year terms and to approve our 2009 Restricted Unit Plan.  A copy of the Proxy Statement explaining these matters, which we mailed on or around June 1, 2009 to all Unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2009 (the record date), can be obtained here.
