• Reside in NYSEG electric service territory.

• Our parent company or its predecessor has been supplying heating oil and propane as well as heating and air conditioning service to customers in your area for more than 60 years.

Is there a charge to switch my electric service?

• No.

Will I need to change my meter?

• No.

Will there be any interruption to my service?

• No.

Who delivers the electricity to my home?

• NYSEG will continue to deliver the electricity to your home, they will also continue to provide all the services you're used to - such as reading your meter, maintaining your wires and handling emergencies.

How will I be billed?

• You will continue to receive one bill from NYSEG, which will include Agway Energy Services' charge for the electricity along with your delivery charge from NYSEG.

Miscellaneous information

• No minimum charge per month.
• No security deposit required.
• The term of the contract is on going. If you decide to change your supplier from Agway Energy Services you must notify us in writing.
