Your current utility will continue to transport the natural gas through their existing pipelines to your home and the utility will continue to bill you for this delivery service. They will continue to provide you with all of the services that you're used to - such as reading your meter, maintaining your gas pipes and handling emergencies. Always report possible safety problems, such as a noticeable odor or natural gas leak, immediately to the utility's emergency number.

How will I be billed?
For your convenience, National Grid will bill you for both the cost to transport the natural gas, a National Grid charge, and National Grid will also bill you for the Agway Energy Services natural gas commodity charge on the same bill.

What will happen if I have a question or complaint about my bill?
If you have a question about the charges billed to you by your utility, you should contact the utility first. If you have a question about any other charges associated with your natural gas service, you should contact Agway Energy Services at 1-888-982-4929. We promise to do everything possible to promptly resolve any questions you may have about your bill. You may also contact your State Public Service Commission.
