Nothing short of an amazing company. Sat evening I heard a pop noise after heater came on and then smelled smoke. Called 911 was told to not use heater by fireman. Today I called Suburban Propane, within minutes they were here. Second time they came to my rescue in the last six months. I was blessed with not only one but two very friendly and concerned technicians, Marco my life saver in October and manager Dale. Again, within minutes they discovered it was my water heater that was the problem, and had to red tag it since it was dangerous, which they hated doing I'm sure, but my safety was their main concern. I am now warm, heater back on and thanks to their recommendations on who to call for a new water heater, I should be back to normal soon, since the ideas Dale gave me on who to call to replace the water heater turned out to be spot on. In the years and years I have to call for service of any kind, this company obviously is number one in my book..
